The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement by forwarding letter dated 08.09.2026 of Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Committee is on record. 3. The parties have submitted that they have agreed to terms and conditions of set- tlement as per Pre- National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement. 4. Accordingly, the matters are settled in terms of Pre-National Lok Adalat Concilia- tion Agreement dated 07.09.2026. 5. The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement is directed to form part of this Award and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this Award, a copy of the Pre- National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement be also furnished by the office along with the certified copy of the order. 6. The parties have resolved their dispute in terms of agreement dated 7.09.2026. As per the said settlement Rs. 50,000/- was already paid. The second instalment of Rs.50,000/- was supposed to be paid on withdrawal of maintenance case. This amount is now being paid through UPI (PhonePe 6203944381@axi) from the account of the learned counsel for the petitioner as the petitioner had inadvertently deposited the said amount in the account of the lawyer namely, Mr. D.K. Malityar. Thus, the learned lawyer has paid the amount to the opposite party through UPI in the mobile of Mrs. Veena De- vi, who is the mother of the Jyoti Kumari. This arrangement is being done as Jyoti Ku- mari also does not have a bank account. On the date of the decree, the balance amount will be paid.
