Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver of a vehicle who has been victimized because of act and action of the principle accused who loaded the 594 bottles of cough syrups. Petitioner is in custody for about 60 days and as such prays for bail. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, submits that the investigation of the case is in progress. 3. Having regard to the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 4. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the police authority submits the report before the Jurisdictional Special Court. 5. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1304 of 2026 is dismissed. 6.
