The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the Tahsildar, Kaluvai Mandal, Kaluvai, S.P.S.R.Nellore District in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the house sites bearing Plot No.179 in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents, Plot No.180 in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents respectively of Kaluvai Village, Kaluvai Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 25.04.2026 submits that the house site pattas were not granted to the petitioners in this layout. The petitioners encroached the house site and raised small temporary structures in the recent time. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said instructions of the 4th respondent dated 25.04.2026, no relief can be granted in this writ petition for the petitioners. However, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject house sites bearing Plot No.179 in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents, Plot No.180 in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents respectively of Kaluvai Village, Kaluvai Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District, strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that the respondent authorities concerned shall prevent the encroachment and protect the Government land,

in accordance with law. The said written instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
