Nagaraju Pullagura The Court made the following: 2 C.C.No.3342 of 2025 ORDER: The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order of this Court dated 16.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.13762 of 2025. 2. Sri M.Chinna Badhya, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the respondents Nos.1 and 3, placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No.3 vide Lr.No.Contempt Case/3342/2025, dated 12.02.2026, wherein it is reported that on 30.01.2026 an amount of Rs.1,66,63,732/- (one crore sixty six lakh sixty three thousand seven hundred thirty two rupees only) was deposited into the bank account of the petitioner bearing No.32500942504. Therefore, he submitted that the order of this Court had been duly complied. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is still an amount of Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lakhs only) due to the petitioner and that the said amount is claimed to be payable towards G.S.T. He further submitted that since it is a question of liability which cannot be decided before this Court, the petition can be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue remedies as per law. 4. In the result, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies for the balance amount, as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
