The petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that despite having applied for issuance of fard for jamabandi for enabling transfer of alienation of land at his disposal in ownership, the Authorities are not acting in due dispatch and hence this writ petition. 2. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 and 3 to act in compliance with the directions as given by the Government of J&K through its Revenue Department addressed to all the Deputy Commissioners of UT of J&K vide Sr. No. 142 Supp. 1 order No. Rev/Genl/418//2024 dated 27.07.2026. 3.
