1. This writ petition challenges the acts of commission or omission of the respondent authorities in issuing the orders dated February 24, 2025 and May 16, 2025.
2. The parties are ad idem that the representation dated March 2, 2026 be considered by the authorities in accordance with law and within stipulated timeline. If the consideration is in favour of the petitioner, the consequence of the afore-stated orders under challenge would be automatically set at rest. If the
consideration goes against the petitioner, the orders would take effect and be acted upon accordingly by the respondent authorities.
3. In view of the afore-stated consensus between the parties, I direct the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation dated March 2, 2026 by August 20, 2026 upon giving a hearing to the petitioner. The resultant order be communicated to the petitioner

within August 30, 2026.
4. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is
disposed of.
5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
