2. There is alternative remedy available to the petitioner by way of filing an appeal before the Land Reforms Deputy Commissioner, Seraikella-Kharsawan. The petitioner should avail the same.
3. Once the application is filed before the Land Reforms Deputy Commissioner, Seraikella-Kharsawan, it is expected that an order will be passed after hearing the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
