The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Traffic Court-1, Mayohall, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.245/2018 [impugned order]. The said order reaffirmed the complainant's visitation rights as directed by the order dated 10.03.2023 in the said petition. 2. After the present complaint was filed, the orders regarding visitation rights were modified by an order dated 23.04.2025, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18865-DB CCC No. 465 of 2025 whereby the complainant's right to visit the minor child is restricted to once in two months on third Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 04.00 p.m. at a place convenient and fixed by the accused. Additionally the complainant is also entitled to make video call or phone call to the minor child on each Sunday between 11 a.m. and 04.00 p.m. The accused has been directed to permit the complainant to make video call and phone call to the minor child. 3. We are informed that the complainant had visited the child on 21.03.2026. 4. In view of the subsequent order passed in Crl.Misc.No.245/2018, the complaint is closed with liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint in the event the accused does not comply with the visitation rights as modified by the order dated 23.04.2025.
