The petitioners are an accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 256 of 2025. A vehicle loaded with bovine animal was seized and it was suspected that the transportation was being made for the purposes of slaughtering. No document regarding such transportation was produced by the accused persons. It appears that the petitioners were present in the vehicle when the same was seized. However, considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 08.12.2025 and the fact that the driver of the vehicle has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court in BA No. 2284 of 2026, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
