Patna High Court CWJC No.10468 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 situated under Revenue Mauza- Sirsa, its Revenue Thana No. 340 under Revenue Circle Baikunthpur in the District of Gopalganj. which is based on measurement report issued by the concern Circle Baikunthpur, Gopalganj and any other writ/s,
order/s, direction/s which your lordships may deem fit and proper.”
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice, if his case is considered by the respondent no. 2, the Zonal Manager, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur.
4. Learned counsel representing the Union of India has no objection to it.
5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2, the Zonal Manager, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur within a period of four weeks who shall be duty bound to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months thereafter.
