Accordingly, WPLRT No. 86 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the First Bench, West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of MA 834 of 2021, filed in connection with OA 815 of 2021 (LRTT), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of communication of this order to the Tribunal. 2 3. It is expected that the Original Application itself shall be disposed of at the earliest thereafter, preferably within six months from the disposal of MA 834 of 2021. 4. There will be no order as to costs. 5. Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
