The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jogta P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025. On an information that some miscreants were intending to commit an offence a raid was conducted by the Police and one person was apprehended with a pistol and a cartridge. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of apprehended accused person. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2026. Though it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to his manner of implication, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Jogta P.S.
