ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“Wherefore, in view of the facts and grounds stated above, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant the following reliefs: (i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including writ of certiorari an/or writ of prohibition, quashing and setting aside the ex parte interim injunction/order dated 25.04.2026 passed by the VI Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in O.S.No.2758/2026 (vide Annexure-J) on I.A.No.1/2026 and/or prohibit respondent No.1 from acting on or relying upon the said
order. (ii) Issue such other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”

2. The office has raised an objection with regard to the maintainability as the petitioner has a remedy before the very same Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an ex-parte order was passed without notice to the petitioner and he has made certain submissions on the merits of the matter and how the order that is passed by the trial Court is bad.
4. This Court is not inclined to go into all those aspects, as the office has rightly raised an objection with regard to the maintainability. The petitioner can also raise all these grounds before the trial Court and if his objections are not, he still has a right of appeal.
5. In these circumstances, this Court do not find any reasons to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER. i. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court and file an appropriate application.

ii. The trial court shall consider the same within a period of one week from the date of filing of the same. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iv. All I.As. in this writ petition shall stand closed.
