…...... 04 /11.09.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 318, 319 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(C), 66(D) of the IT Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 16.02.2026 in B.A. No. 10211 of 2025. 5. From the case diary it transpires that a cyber-crime is committed, in which the victim has been accused of having illegal goods in his parcel, and he was induced to transfer the amounts of Rs.14,40,047/-, 12,00,000/- and 5,00,000/- from his account to three different bank accounts. An amount of Rs.14,40,047/- was transferred from the victim account through RTGS to the bank account of Valumed Edu Private Limited having account no.256200158578 (IndusInd Bank, Sakchi). The petitioner is one of the authorized signatories of the aforesaid

bank account. Further, as per the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, there are total 28 online complaints against aforementioned account number of IndusInd bank. The petitioner has also a criminal antecedent i.e. Cyber P.S. Case No.186/2024. 6. Considering the aforesaid specific materials against the petitioner and the fact that the charge has already been framed in this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 09 of 2025 arising out of Cyber Crime P.S. Jamshedpur Case No. 99 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Spl. Judge (Cyber Crime), at Jamshedpur stands rejected. 7. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 8. It is expected that the trial be concluded within six months.
