The said I.A.No.535 of 2025 was dismissed on 18.09.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. While the matter is pending before this Court, the petitioner has already been cross-examined based on the said documents and the respondents have also been confronted with the said documents. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue appropriate remedy available in law, if so advised.
