The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 95/2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner had established physical relationship with the informant on numerous occasions on the pretext of marriage. He had also recorded obscene photographs and videos and on the threat of making them viral had continued to do such act. Subsequently the petitioner had refused to solemnize marriage with the informant. It appears that the relationship between the petitioner and the informant had continued for several years. The informant is a major. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
