Heard Sri Yash Padia, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondents. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for deciding the pending claim of the petitioner for release of the amount for the work done pursuant to the contract entered. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has raised the grievance by means of representation / application dated 14.02.2026 and the authority will be certainly taking final decision in the matter. He submits that the competent authority in the matter is respondent no. 4 who shall be directed to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within some time bound period. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
