The petitioner has called in question the relieving order dated 18.06.2026 (Annexure P/1). 2. On the previous date of hearing, learned State counsel sought time to obtain instructions in the matter. Today, learned State counsel has produced the order dated 15.01.2026, whereby the petitioner, along with certain other employees of Bastar Division, was assigned duties at District Narayanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 15.01.2026 had neither been served upon nor made available to the petitioner earlier and that the same has been produced by the learned State counsel before this Court today itself. He further submits that the relieving order dated 18.06.2026 (Annexure P/1) has been issued in pursuance of the said order dated 15.01.2026. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to assail the order dated 15.01.2026 before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 3 5.
