Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail arising out of ICC Case No. 42 of 2026, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Pipili on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the copies of the complaints at Annexures-1 and 2. The petitioners said to have filed the complaint i.e. Annexure-2. Recorded the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties. It is claimed that the parties are having a civil dispute, hence, complaints are filed. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with complaint filed by other side as per Annexure-1. Considering such apprehension and recording the response of the State, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below for being released with conditions. 4. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C, Pipili, arising out of ICC Case No. 42 of 2026 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case 5.
