Ganesh, learned counsel, representing Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the suit in O.S.No.284 of 2011 was decreed with costs, hence, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive and it has become infrucutous. 3. Sri C.Venkaiah, learned counsel for the respondent concedes the same and submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infrucutous. 4. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry also, the Original Suit No.284 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru was decreed with costs on 03.04.2025. 5. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
