3. Mr. Kirti Sharan Agarwal, learned counsel for the complainant.
4. The instant anticipatory bail application has been moved by the applicant praying for anticipatory bail in reference to First Information Report dated 29.06.2025 bearing FIR No. 0324 of 2025, wherein, he has been implicated for the offence punishable under section 376(2)(n) of IPC, P.S. Patelnagar, District Dehradun.
5. Earlier the FIR in question was registered as zero FIR at Chandigarh and then transferred to Dehradun and numbered as FIR No. 0324 of 2025 and thereafter the instant anticipatory bail application was moved by the applicant wherein, the Coordinate Bench granted interim bail on
15.07.2025. Subsequently, again the investigation was transferred to Chandigarh and the Coordinate Bench by order dated 26.11.2025 directed to the State to get the instructions when the investigation was transferred to Chandigarh and, today, in compliance thereof, learned State counsel on the basis of written instructions apprise to this court that the investigation was transferred to the Police Station-North Chandigarh and renumbered as Case Crime No. 0076 on 06.09.2025 and on completion of investigation the charge-sheet has been filed on 28.10.2025. The written instructions as received by the learned State counsel is also placed on record.
6. In such view of the matter, since the investigation of the present FIR was transferred to the Police Station North Chandigarh wherein on completion of the investigation the charge-sheet has been filed, as such, the instant anticipatory
2026:UHC:1488 bail application has now been rendered infructuous.
7. In such view of the matter, instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
