The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction commanding and directing the respondent no.3 (District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur) to implement the direction contained in communication dated 23.09.2025 Patna High Court CWJC No.10496 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/4 made by Under-Secretary, Chief Minister, Secretariat Patna Bihar to the resident no.3 to make enquiry and take needful action on the application made by the petitioner regarding illegal occupation made by respondent no.8 on the land of the petitioner bearing khata no. 303 khesra no. 756 area 44 decimal and khesra no. 622,635,742 area 55 decimal thana no. 518 mauza gheghraba, Block-Saraiya, District- Muzaffarpur. (ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.7 to register FIRin the light of the application dated 18.01.2026 made by the petitioner to the officer in charge of the police station Saraiya, District-Muzaffarpur. (iv) for any other reliefs which the Hon'ble court may deem and fit proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.” 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.4, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Muzaffarpur West for the redressal of the grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if such petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law after hearing the necessary parties. 5.
