In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that after withdrawal of the impugned order (Annexure P-12), the Administrator, New Mandi Township, Punjab shall pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law, after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsels, within a period of two months from today.
