The petitioner had given a representation on 12.01.2026 to the 2nd respondent, seeking for cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the respondents 4 and 5. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 12.01.2026. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 12.01.2026, seeking for cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the respondents 4 and 5, for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, by giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deem fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
