By virtue of the present petition under Sections 483(3) read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks cancellation of the bail granted to respondent no.2 by the learned ASJ, South-District, Saket Courts, New Delhi vide order dated 16.03.2026 in the case arising out of FIR No.344/2025 registered at PS: Malviya Nagar under Sections 80(2)/85/3(5)/108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
