Learned counsel appearing for the State, upon instructions, submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the sanctioned GIS amount shall be released and disbursed in favour of the petitioner within a period of 10 days. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the State, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to ensure payment of the sanctioned GIS amount to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
