Learned counsel for the 1st respondent placed the written instructions dated 15.09.2025 on record and states that both the writ petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent have retired from the service on attaining age of superannuation; therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
