ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ/order /direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders issued by the r2 dated 16.12.2024 bearing No.NAE(P) PR/148/2024-25 at Annexure-A, purportedly based on order passed by the respondent no.1 dated 14.11.2024 bearing GO-NO. NAE 801 MNU 2024 at Annexure A1 to meet the ends of justice and equity and
(ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the current case to meet the ends of justice and equity.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension in this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition; as such, the writ petition may be
disposed of as having rendered infructuous.

6. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications do not survive for
