Heard learned advocate Mr.Damore for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent–State. 2. At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Damore submitted that the petitioner intends to make a detailed representation to the Gram Sabha of Village Aagavada, Taluka Dahod, District Dahod, and prayed that the Gram Sabha be directed to consider the same and, after passing the necessary resolution, forward it to the Collector, Dahod. It shall be open for the petitioner to submit a detailed representation, along with all relevant documents, before the Gram Sabha of Village Aagavada, Taluka Dahod, District Dahod. Upon consideration of the petitioner's representation and the accompanying documents, if the Gram Sabha is of the opinion that the petitioner's case deserves consideration, it shall pass an appropriate resolution and forward the same to the Collector, Dahod. Upon receipt of such resolution and representation, the Collector, Dahod, shall consider the same and decide it in accordance with law. 4.
