Heard Sri S. Dilip Jaya Ram, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.
2. Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant City Planner, Gajuwaka Zone, GVMC. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record.
3. The Written Instruction indicates that the Unofficial Respondent No.3 has been granted Permission for construction of the building. This apart, Written Instructions would also state that the obstructions caused by Unofficial Respondent No.3 on the road by dumping construction material has also been redressed by having the said material removed.
4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, confirms this position.
5. Having so recorded, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
