Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “A. Issue an appropriate writ and thereby call for records concerning the present case from the respondents for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue an appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to release the pensionary dues, including pension, gratuity, leave encashment, GIS, provident fund etc., of the petitioner along with interest @ 12% from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment. C. Grant any other or further reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit considering the facts and circumstances of the present case. D. Grant the cost of the petition to the Petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Office Assistant stood retired from service on 03.06.2025 after completion of near about 37 years of service. However, till date retiral dues payable to petitioner has not been disbursed in his account like gratuity, pension, leave encashment, provident fund etc. Petitioner has submitted representations earlier on 18.08.2025 and 23.09.2025 however representations also not have been considered. He also 3 / 3 pointed out that Regulation 44 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations 2018, provides for grant of provisional pension if there is some delay in disbursement of entire pension and other retiral dues. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submit that as petitioner has already submitted representations, it will considered and appropriate order will be passed at the earliest. 4. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties in particular submission of learned counsel for petitioner that after serving more than 36 years, petitioner stood retired from service in month of June 2025 and till date not a singly penny is paid to him towards retiral dues, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off directing respondent authorities to take decision on the claim of petitioner as mentioned in representations (Annexure P-2), expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
