Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in relation to petitioner's land, an extent of 2 BKM,J W.P.No.13539 of 2026 Ac.8.12 cts in Sy.No.513 of Kondaveedu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District, as illegal, arbitrary and amounting to abdication of statutory duty cast under the provisions of A.P. GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.13539 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner’s application made under Form-VIA through Village-Ward Secretariat vide Application No.MLPM260413039758 and vide Transaction No.TML260413039578 in relation to LPM Nos.2867 and 2869, for issuance of E-Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed and also entry of the petitioner’s name in the Record of Rights/Web Land Adangal/Form-1B, in terms of the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in relation to the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.8.12 cents in Sy.No.513 of Kondaveedu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents refers to the endorsement of the 2nd respondent dated 27.01.2026 enclosed with the instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 04.05.2026 and the same shall be made as part of the Court record. Even according to the said endorsement of the 2nd respondent dated 27.01.2026, the applicant was asked to submit online application under ROR Rules, 1989. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the said endorsement only, the petitioner submitted his online application 4 BKM,J W.P.No.13539 of 2026 No.MLPM260413039758 vide Transaction No.TML260413039578 in relation to LPM Nos.2867 and 2869, for issuance of E-Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed and entry of the petitioner’s name in the records of rights/web land adangal/Form-1B in terms of the provisions of ROR Act, 1971 with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.8.12 cents in Sy.No.513 of Kondaveedu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the above said application of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner, giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order. The said exercise shall be undertaken only if the above said application of the petitioner has not already been disposed of. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
