Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2025 in connection with S.T. Case No.262 of 2025 arising out of Chandankyari P.S. Case No.95 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.877 of 2025, registered under Section 64 (2) (m) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Charges have been framed against the petitioner for the offence under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted provisional bail and thereafter, he filed a surrender certificate before this court in terms of last order passed by this court. He has also submitted that the petitioner has married the victim and charge was framed under Section 69 of the B.N.S. He has also submitted that the witnesses have already been examined and the case is at the stage of argument. 4. Learned counsel for the Informant/victim and also the state are present. 2 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record of the case which reveals that the case is at the stage of final arguments, in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6.
