(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.0111 of 2023, under Sections 302, 204, 397, 411 IPC and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Pant Nagar, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1623 of 2024, was rejected on 11.02.2025. The second bail application, being BA2 No.279 of 2025, was dismissed in non prosecution on 19.03.2026. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
