The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 437 of 2025. 3. The scooty of the son of the informant was dashed by a pickup van which resulted in his death. 4. The petitioner appears to be driver of the offending pickup van. 5. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is of the petitioner driving his car in rash and negligent manner. 6. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
