For issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order (s) or direction (s) or a writ particular in the nature of Mandamus for commanding upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith consider the case of the petitioner to make his appointment on the post of Assistant (Sahayak) Acharya in the vacant post of subject Social Science for class 6 to 8 against the Advertisement No.13/2023 taking into the consideration that he has been found successful document verification held on 28.08.2025 but surprisingly his Registration No.116284717 did not find place in Additional Result published on 07.11.2025 by the Respondent No.3 to 5 which is very much arbitrary, unjust, illegal, unreasonable, whimsical, capricious and bad in law as well as in facts. 2026:JHHC:26506 2 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned respondents, so that his grievances raised in the writ application can be redressed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since counter- affidavit has not been filed, if the petitioner so wishes, he may approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his grievances. 4. Having regard to the limited submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent No. 5. The moment the respondent No. 5 will receive any such representation; he shall take decision in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 5. It goes without saying that if the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, necessary consequential order be issued within a further period of four weeks. 6.
