GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief :- “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil dispute relating to the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.42 cents in Sy.No.112/3C of Gurazala Village, Gurazala Mandal, Palnadu District, and pressurizing the petitioner to transfer the property in favour of Respondent No.5, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property and pass such order(s).” 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri S. Rama Lakshmana Reddy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Respondent No.4 is illegally interfering in a purely civil land dispute concerning the petitioner’s land measuring Ac.3.42 cents in Sy.No.112/3C situated at Gurazala Village, and is unlawfully pressurizing/coercing the petitioner to transfer the property in favour of Respondent No.5. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the allegations against Respondent No.4 are false and baseless. He submits that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute or coercing the petitioner to transfer the property. 3 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.14220 of 2026 Dated 08.05.2026 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 without following due process of law. In case, if a crime is registered against the Petitioner, the Respondent Police shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
