The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 4565 of 2026. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2026. Learned counsel adds that several of the co- accused persons have been granted bail. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 78 of 2026, arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
