No. 01 of 2026, an application seeking correction of the section clause in the present bail application. 2. It is submitted that during the course of the investigation, the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 were added, in addition to Sections 69 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The applicant has filed I.A. No. 01 of 2026 seeking to ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2026.07.10 11:02:21 +0530 2 incorporate the aforesaid provisions in the present bail application by way of a correction application. However, such a course is misconceived and cannot be permitted. Accordingly, upon due consideration, I.A. No. 01 of 2026 is rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file a fresh bail application before the competent Court incorporating the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 4. In view of the above, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application in accordance with law. 5.
