T. number, as G. R. No. 242 of 2026 has wrongly been mentioned as G. R. No. 1346 of 2025 ad S. T. No. 294 of 2026 has wrongly been mentioned as S. T. No. 386 of 2025 and the error occurred on account of the inadvertence committed in the petition for grant of bail. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 02.06.2026 passed in B. A. No. 4788 of 2026 is modified to the extent that wherever “G. R. No. 1346 of 2025” and “S. T. No. 386 of 2025” are mentioned, the same shall now be read as “G. R. No. 242 of 2026” and “S. T.
