This Court, vide order dated 10.04.2013, suspended the impugned proceedings. The term of the petitioner was completed long back and the petitioner is no longer the Chairman of the Marketing Committee. As such, nothing further survives for adjudication on merits on account of efflux of time. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
