VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.9803/2022 (S-RES). By the said order, the learned Single Judge directed respondent No.2 [Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society] to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32674-DB CCC No. 141 of 2026 reconsider the case of the complainants in accordance with law within a period of eight days from the receipt of the said order. 2. The learned counsel appearing for accused No.1 has filed the compliance affidavit stating that the complainants' representation has been considered and that the Society has forwarded its recommendation to the State Government for approval. It is further stated that the implementation of the recommendation is subject to the approval of the State Government. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for accused No.2 submits that accused No.1 had sought approval from the State Government and necessary steps had been taken in that regard. 4. At this stage, the learned counsel for accused No.1 submits that approval has been received from the State Government and that the necessary orders would be issued within a period of four weeks from date. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32674-DB CCC No. 141 of 2026 5.
