JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 223, 292, 275, 276 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 21(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. As per prosecution case, on secret information, co- accused Md. Farhan was apprehended and from his possession, five pieces of RJT-SCEN cough linctus codeine phosphate and triprolidine hcl. Syrup batch No. CBL25-1271 each containing 100 ml, eight pieces of RJT-SCEN cough linctus codeine phosphate and triprolidine hcl. Syrup batch No. CBL25-1260 each containing 100 ml and a mobile phone was recovered and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42284 of 2026(2) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 on his disclosure, the flat of this petitioner and co-accused Md. Imtiyaz was raided and in total, 67 cartoons each containing 120 pieces of RJT-SCEN cough linctus codeine phosphate and triprolidine hcl. Syrup batch Nos. CBL25-1276, CBL25-1273, CBL25-1275 and CBL25-1269 of 100 ml each and a cartoon in which 70 packets of Nitrazepam tablets IP 10 mg Aspan-10 tablet and in each packet, 300 tablets of Batch No. T19604 was recovered. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and the fact that huge quantity of illegal cough syrup and tablets were recovered from the flat of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. shashank/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
