Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appeared for respondents 1 & 2, Sri Hruthik, learned counsel representing Sri M. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the house bearing D.No.2-116, Munnangi Village, Kollipara Mandal, Guntur District. The petitioner constructed a residential structure, and the same was assessed for tax. The petitioner has been paying taxes (Ex.P1). Be that as it may, a flexi was erected on the compound wall of the residential house, without the petitioner’s consent. The petitioner made a request to respondent No.3 to remove the flexi. However, the same has not been considered. 4. The writ petition was listed on 29.04.2026 and adjourned at the request of learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 5. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Hruthik, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, would submit that respondent No.3 removed the flexi banners. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and since the flexi banners were removed, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
