02/10.09.2026 Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 4846 of 2026.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since
21.01.2026. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and charge has already been framed in the case.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dumka in connection with S.T. Case No. 178/2026, arising out of Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 15/2026, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 275/2026, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
