The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025, registered under sections 115(2), 118(2), 126(2), 127(2), 331(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 303(2), 61(2), 76 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be a lady member of the family and there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. He next submits that two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 1830 of 2026 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 17 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of making assault. 5. On perusal of F.I.R, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against all the accused persons. Two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A and the petitioner being a lady has got no criminal antecedent as ( 2026:JHHC:27180 ) disclosed in para 17 of the petition. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Godda, in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.10.09.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
