A perusal of the aforesaid instructions dated 30.09.2026 reveals that the approval from the Government for disbursing the pay arrears of the petitioner, amounting to Rs.56,19,412/- accrued upto August, 2026, on account of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 his promotion and fixation as Senior Assistant retrospectively, was received vide letter dated 29.09.2026 and the same has been credited in the salary account of the petitioner. 3.
