GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus Declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 3rd Respondent, in harassing the petitioner and her daughter and threatening to register false cases as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently the 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent for the harassment and threats done to the petitioner and her daughter and also direct the respondents to not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members by not to insist on their presence at the police station for a civil/loan dispute and also direct the Respondents to conduct a comprehensive enquiry into the representations dated 18.02.2025 with regarding loan repayment and concerned action and pass …” 2. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Pilli Sundeep, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent No. 3 has been harassing and threatening the Petitioner and her daughter with the registration of false cases, and has been interfering in the civil dispute concerning the Petitioner’s loan. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the Respondent Police have only called the Petitioner to the Police Station for enquiry upon receipt of a complaint, without any coercive intention. He further submits that the police have acted strictly in accordance with law, without interfering in civil disputes or violating the Petitioners’ rights. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing Respondent No. 3 not to interfere in the civil disputes of the Petitioner without following due process of law. 6.
