Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition relates to the appointment and selection of respondent No. 7 as Anganwadi Karyakarta. It is further submitted that, in accordance with the provisions of the Anganwadi Karyakarta Niyukti Nirdesh, 2008, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal/representation before the Collector on 25.08.2025, which is still pending consideration. 3 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that if the said appeal/representation is still pending before the Collector, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of 30 days. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the pending appeal/representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within the aforesaid period of 30 days.
