Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any specific order in the present writ petition. He submits that respondent No. 5 has secured appointment by submitting forged and fabricated documents, including a forged consent letter, and despite repeated oral and written representations, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities. He, therefore, prays for a direction to the competent authority/SECL to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 to 4 submits that if the petitioner's representation is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent No. 5, upon issuance of proper notice to all concerned. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is 3 disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 1 to 4 to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation, if the same is still pending, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No. 5.
